Our new buy online process is simple and easy to use, however below are some explanations of the process.
1. Select the item you wish to purchase and add any option selections that may be available. Continue by selecting the Add to cart icon
2. Continue shopping until you have everything you need in the shopping cart. Check the quantity and size selections to ensure they are correct. Add special event to indicate to our staff if this purchase is critical. Also, there is a section to provide any additional information that may be beneficial to our staff. To remove a selected item from the cart just select the DEL button. Hit the Update Cart button to refresh information if any changes are made.
3. Go to the freight charge to view the freight charges to your delivery address. After entering your postcode enter next, this will then prompt you to enter your suburb and enter next. The system will show you the expected freight charge applicable to your delivery which will be added to your purchase. Close window to complete.
4. Proceed to Delivery Details.
5. Tick the "Hold Order" if you wish to pick up the item from our shop or any other arrangement agreed by our staff. Note: Contact details will still need to be provided even if the Hold Order is ticked.
6. Enter the Delivery Information for the courier delivery point. Mandatory fields are Name, Suburb, Post Code, State, Phone and Email Address.
7. Proceed to Billing Information.
8. Finalise order and we will contact you to arrange payment options. Note: Future developments will include an online payment option soon.
